Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: The beneficiaries will be the entities (groups of neighborhood associations (Federations) registered in the municipal registry of associations of the City Council of Zamora, who must have their registered office in Zamora and carry out their activities within the territorial scope of the municipality, complying with being up to date with tax obligations, with Social Security and with the Municipal Treasury, all within the framework of activities carried out by the federations. Second. Object. The object of the call is the granting of subsidies intended for Federations of Neighborhood Associations to encourage citizen participation in the city of Zamora, which promotes social revitalization so that it benefits all citizens, materializing in the programming of different activities. The subsidy will be used to finance the expenses incurred by the various sociocultural activities carried out by the Neighborhood Federations. Third. 2017, whose final approval and full text was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zamora No. 68, of June 21, 2017. Fourth. Amount. The maximum amount allocated to this call is €13,000 as set out in the municipal budget of the Department of Neighborhoods and Citizen Participation of the Zamora City Council based on the budget application. 10 days. business days from the date of publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zamora. IF the deadline ends on a non-business day, it will be extended to the next business day. Sixth. Other information. Documentation to be submitted: Along with the application, the requesting entities must present:- Documentation related to the entity: The application must be accompanied by the following documentation: a) Certificate issued by the Secretary of the entity, or member with certification capacity, with the approval of its President, in which state the current composition of the Board of Directors or executive governing body, the date of election and the person accredited to sign this application, attaching a certified copy of their national identity document. b) Document from the Secretary of the Entity certifying the updated number of associations belonging to the federation registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations and with activity, indicating the number of associated persons. c) Photocopy of the CIF of the Applicant Entity. d) Certificate of ownership of the current account in which the possible amount of the subsidy would be made, issued by the corresponding banking entity.e) Certificates proving that they are up to date with obligations with the AEAT, with Social Security and with the Municipal Treasury.f) Certificates and/or declarations responsible for not falling into the circumstances provided for in Base 2.2g) Any other document required in the call for subsidies. The mere presentation of a subsidy application in this call implies full acceptance of these bases, and the commitment of the requesting Entity to comply with the obligations and duties that arise from them.Documentation in the possession of the Zamora City Council: In the event that one or some of the required documents were already in the possession of the Neighborhood Council or in any other Department of the Zamora City Council, the requesting entity may benefit from the provisions of article 53.1.d) LPAC. To do this, the applicant must expressly and obligatorily indicate the Department to which the documentation was sent, the reason and the date of presentation. In cases of material impossibility of obtaining the document, the competent body may require the applicant to present it, or, failing that, accreditation by other means of the requirements to which the document refers, prior to the formulation of the proposed resolution.- Document
