Official description of the call

ANNOUNCEMENT In compliance with the provisions of the third section of the operative part of Mayoral Decree no. 2023003991, of October 5, 2023, hereby and for general knowledge, through the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), an extract of the call for aid intended to contribute to the support of the Fallas Commissions of the municipality of Llíria is published, as well as the expenses assumed on the occasion of the organization and/or participation in activities during the year 2023 in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia; as well as two announcements on the Electronic Notice Board and municipal website, granting a period of 10 business days from the day following its publication in the aforementioned bulletin, in accordance with the third base of those transcribed in the operative part of the reference resolution, the full text of which is available on the official website www.lliria.es: • Regulatory bases approved by plenary agreement in an ordinary session held on September 15, 2022 and published in the BOP of Valencia no. 225 dated November 23, 2022. • Budget application: 800 338 48000 CULTURE/POPULAR CELEBRATIONS/SUBV. LOCAL FALLERA COMMISSIONS. • Maximum total amount of the subsidy: €9,000.00. • Object, conditions and purpose of the subsidy: Contribution to the expenses borne by the Municipal Fallas Commissions regarding their support and in the exercise of organized activities. • Maximum amount to be obtained by the beneficiary: According to the provisions of the eighth base. • Concession procedure: Competitive competition. • Competent body for the instruction of the procedure: Whoever holds the functions of Head of the Department of Culture of the Llíria City Council. • Body competent to resolve the procedure: Whoever is competent in matters of Culture in use of the delegated powers. • Requirements to apply for the subsidy and how to accredit them: Those established in the second base. • Deadline for submitting applications: In accordance with the third base, it will be 10 business days from the day following the publication of the announcement of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. • Documents and information that must accompany the application: In accordance with the provisions of the eighth base. • Possibility of reformulating requests in the terms provided in article 27 of the LGS: Not contemplated in the bases. • Assessment criteria: Those established in the eighth base. • Period and form of resolution, notification and/or publication: The maximum period to resolve and notify the resolution of the procedure will be three months and will be computed from the day following the end of the period for submitting applications. The expiration of the maximum period without having notified the resolution entitles the interested entities to file the appropriate resources. For the purposes of notification to interested persons, the resolution acts relating to this aid will be published through announcements on the Electronic Edicts Board and municipal website of the Llíria City Council.
