Official description of the call
First. Object. The purpose of the call is the granting of transportation aid to retirees and pensioners of the council of Avilés in the year 2023. Second. Beneficiaries. People who meet the following requirements can apply for aid: Must be registered in Avilés. Be over 60 years old. ¿ Be a retirement pensioner of the Public Pension System or spouse or stable partner of the pensioner (the beneficiaries of the Basic Social Salary, Minimum Living Income and recipients of compensatory pensions will also be considered). That the net income adjusts to the economic scale established in the call. Third. Regulatory bases. General Subsidies Ordinance (BOPA June 4, 2019). Fourth. Amount. The total amount of aid amounts to the maximum amount of €20,000. The amount of aid per person will be a maximum of €90. In the event that the transport aid applications submitted by citizens exceed the maximum planned expenditure, a proportional distribution of the 20,000 euros will be made among those people/applications that meet the granting criteria. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications. Fifteen business days counting from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias.
