Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiary entities The beneficiaries of the subsidies will be public or private training entities, with a presence in the Principality of Asturias and registered in the corresponding Registry of Training Entities, for the training specialties that are the subject of the training. To this end, they must have duly registered facilities in said territorial area, at the time of publication of this call, that allow the delivery of the requested training specialties. Second.- Objective To finance training programs made up of actions linked to the cider sector, taking into account two lines: ",,Line 1: priority training programs for unemployed workers. ",,Line 2: priority training programs for employed people to cover current needs, linked to the cider sector, which has specific regulation. Third.- Regulatory bases Order TMS/368/2019 of March 28, which implements Royal Decree 694/2017 of July 3, which implements Law 30/2015 of September 9, which regulates the Vocational Training System for Employment in the workplace, in relation to the training offer of the competent administrations and its financing, and establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies intended for its financing published in the BOE of April 1, 2019, modified by Order TES/26/2022, of January 20 (BOE 1/24/2022), by Order TES /1109/2020, of November 25 (BOE 11/27/2020), Order TES/1582/2025, of December 30 ( BOE 6/1/2026) and Order TES/679/2026, of June 29 (BOE 7/07/2026). Fourth.- Amount The call provides for a maximum credit of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE EUROS AND THIRTY-FOUR CENTS (€458,333.34). Distributed as follows: Line 1: TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SIX EUROS AND SIXTY-SEVEN CENTS (€229,166.67) with the following distribution, estimated by annuities: ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EUROS (€137,500.00) for the annuity 2026 and NINETY AND ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SIX EUROS AND SIXTY-SEVEN CENTS (€91,666.67) for the 2027 annuity. Fifth.- Application deadline The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen (15) business days counting from the day following the publication of the extract of this Resolution in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. Sixth.- Other data of interest The procedure is published in the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias (https://sede.asturias.es) and can be located by entering AYUD0576T02 in the header search engine (located at the top right of the page) where you will find the full text of the Resolution and corresponding complementary information. Subsidy applications for the financing of training programs will be made through the enabled computer application, which does not allow more than one application to be registered per entity and line. However, if, exceptionally, more than one application is registered (due to technical incidents or because channels other than the application were used, if applicable), the entity will be required to opt for one within the period granted. If you do not express your choice, the request for the most recent registration date will be accepted for processing, and the remaining ones will be archived. The execution period for the training actions subsidized under this call will begin the day after the subsidy of the concession resolution and will end at 11:59 p.m. on December 3, 2027. Additionally, and for duly justified reasons (circumstances of all kinds, exceptional and beyond the control of the beneficiary, especially for health reasons, natural disasters or any other of a similar nature, which make it impossible to carry out the of training under the conditions established in the granting resolution), SEPEPA may authorize the extension of said period and provided that the Sectoral Conference of Employment and L Affairs
