Official description of the call
1st Beneficiaries: Non-profit entities and associations, public or private, may opt for these subsidies, which, in compliance with the provisions of article 13 of Law 38/2003, and article 10 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on subsidies in Galicia, also meet the following requirements: • Be registered in the Registry of Associations of the Vimianzo city council. • The object of the entity must be related to the promotion of sporting activity. • To have, among other purposes, the implementation of the activities that are the subject of the subsidy. • If you are not a beneficiary of another subsidy, financial aid or agreement from another area of the Vimianzo City Council or another administration, corresponding to the financial year 2023, and for the same activity, the total amount of income obtained may not exceed the total expenses of that activity. • Be up to date with tax obligations with the Vimianzo City Council, Public Treasury and Social Security. • If applicable, have the subsidies previously received by the Vimianzo City Council justified. • Have sufficient structure to guarantee the fulfillment of its objectives. 2nd Purpose: And the purpose of this call for the granting of subsidies for the promotion of sport in the Vimianzo City Council. 3rd Regulatory Bases: This call is governed by the Regulatory Bases published in BOP number 193 available at: https://bop.dicoruna.es/bopportal/publicado/2023/10/09/2023_0000007895.pdf 4th Amount: Global amount 24,000 euros charged to budget application 341.48102. The credit provided for these contributions may be extended, in the event that budget availability allows it. 5th Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be ten (10) business days, counting from what is said following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, and the complete bases can be consulted on the National Subsidies Database platform.
