CALL FOR SUBSIDIES TO SPORTS CLUBS AND ASSOCIATIONS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF L’ALCÚDIA BY COMPETITIVE COMPETITION, YEAR 2023. Article 1. Object, conditions and purpose of the subsidy. The aid of this subsidy is the expenses incurred due to activities or events of the sports clubs and associations of L'Alcúdia or that carry out their usual activities in L'Alcúdia, as long as they have public utility or social interest. Article 2. Budget credits. The expense of the subsidy will be charged to budget application 34100.48900 of the current municipal budget, for a maximum amount of 125,000.00 euros, (MUNICIPAL SPORTS COUNCIL TRANSFERS AND SUBSIDIES), with the eligible expense being that related to carrying out the usual activities of the sports clubs and associations of L'Alcúdia or that carry out their usual activities in L'Alcúdia during the fiscal year 2023. Article 3. Regulatory bases and regulatory legislation. The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies to sports clubs and associations were initially approved by Plenary Agreement dated July 25, 2023, and the announcement of its approval was published in BOP no. 152 of August 7, 2023. Article 4. Beneficiaries and Requirements of applicants. Sports associations and clubs legally constituted in L'Alcúdia that have public utility or social interest, registered in the Municipal Sports Council and in the Registry of Entities and Associations of the City Council of L'Alcúdia and that are not beneficiaries of nominative subsidies charged to the 2023 Municipal Budget may be beneficiaries of this subsidy. Article 5. Place and deadline for submitting applications and documentation. As of the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia, the period of 30 business days opens for the presentation of applications by interested parties. 1. N.I.F. of the Association or Citizen Entity. 2. Responsible declaration of being up to date with tax obligations, with Social Security and with the L'Alcúdia City Council. (Annex II) 3. Economic balance of income (Annex III). 4. Ordered and numbered list of expenses from the previous year (2022), with presentation of a copy of the corresponding invoices. (Annex IV) 5. Third party form duly completed by the corresponding banking entity (Annex V) 6. Report on the list of activities carried out throughout the previous year (2022) and list of activities planned throughout the current year (2023). (Annex VI). 7. Accreditation of the power of representation (Annex VII). 8. Certificate or authentic document proving the legal representation of the entity and board of directors of the organization, stating at least who the secretary, president, and treasurer are with a copy of the DNIs. 9. Associations that receive an amount greater than or equal to 3,000.00 euros will have to provide a certificate of being up to date with the AEAT (https://bit.ly/3lPZvZd) and Social Security (https:/ /bit.ly/3EMbO1m) of the entity. Article 6. Competent body for investigation and resolution. Publication media. The competent body of the City Council will agree to begin the processing of the file for the granting of the aid or subsidy for approval by the Local Government Board. The competent body for the investigation of the file is the Sports Councilor, assisted by the Corporation officials to be determined. The publication of the resolution of aid granted and denied, both provisional and definitive, will be carried out on the municipal notice board and on the website www.lalcudia.com Article 7. End of the administrative route. The final resolution of the subsidy exhausts the administrative route. In accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, against the final Resolution you can file an optional appeal for reconsideration before the same body that issued it, within a period of one month from the day following receipt of the notification, or directly a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Valencia within a period of two months from the day following receipt of the notification in accordance with the provisions of
