Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Be a non-profit entity that: 1st. Or, at the end of the application submission period, they are part of the Council for the Comprehensive Promotion and Social Participation of the Gypsy People in Cantabria. 2nd. Or its purposes may be to promote the socioeconomic integration of marginalized communities, such as the Roma population. Second. Object: The purpose of this order is to establish the regulatory bases and approve the call for subsidies aimed at the implementation of social and labor integration programs for the Roma population in collaboration with entities that are part of the Council for the Comprehensive Promotion and Social Participation of the Roma People in Cantabria, regulated by Decree 1/2017, of February 2, as well as with other non-profit entities whose purposes include promoting the socioeconomic integration of marginalized communities such like that of the Roma population. The actions subject to subsidy, aimed at the social and labor integration of the Roma population, are part of the programming of the European Social Fund Plus through the ES-FSE+ C.A. Program. Cantabria 2021-2027. The following actions provided for in article 4.2 of the Order may be carried out. a) Vocational guidance b) Vocational training c) Other actions Third. Regulatory bases. Order IND/XX/2023, of October 20, which establishes the regulatory bases and approves the call for subsidies in 2023 for the implementation of socio-labor inclusion programs for the Roma population. Fourth. Amount The financing will be charged to budget credit 13.00.241N.484, for a maximum amount of 270,000 euros. The subsidies contemplated in this order are part of the programming of the European Social Fund Plus for the period 2021-2027, which co-finances 60 percent of these actions, through the ES-FSE+ C.A. Program. Cantabria 2021-2027. Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days from the day following the publication of this call extract in the Official Gazette of Cantabria. Sixth: Other data. In accordance with the provisions of article 33 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, it is agreed to apply the emergency processing procedure, for which the established deadlines related to the procedure for granting subsidies are reduced by half, except for those related to the submission of a subsidy application or those for filing appeals; Nor will it affect the deadlines for execution and justification of the subsidized actions. The affected deadlines are already included in this order with their reduced duration. There is no appeal against this agreement. The procedures for submitting the applications and required documentation, as well as their correction and improvement, will all be carried out by electronic signature and registration, in accordance with the provisions of article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1.
