Official description of the call
1. Purpose of the subsidy. In accordance with the provisions of article 23.2 of the LGS, this City Council proceeds to make the call for the granting of subsidies to provide financial support to facilitate the hiring of unemployed people from Eibar in the ordinary market by local companies. 2. Requirements to apply for the subsidy These subsidies may be accessed by private individuals or legal entities with a work center and economic activity in Eibar who do not fall under any of the prohibitions established in article 13.2 of the LGS. To access the subsidy it will be necessary to meet the following requirements: Requirements to be met by the person to be hired: a) Be registered in Eibar at least since January 1, 2023. b) Be unemployed and be registered and registered as a job seeker in LANBIDE-S.V.E the day before the start of the contract. c) Not have a relationship by blood or affinity, up to and including the second degree, with the entrepreneur or with those who have business control, hold management positions or are members of the administrative bodies of the companies that have the legal form of the company. d) Not having been hired by the same company if said hiring was subsidized in previous calls. Requirements to be met in hiring: Two types of contracts will be financed, with the following requirements: 1) Indefinite full-time or part-time contracts with a minimum of 50% of the working day. The duration of the contracts will be at least 12 months and must be formalized through an indefinite contract. In any case, the contracts must begin between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023, and the eligible period will be 12 months, without prejudice to its duration going beyond said date. 2) Fixed-term contracts for artists and technical and auxiliary personnel in public shows, full-time or part-time, with a minimum of 50% of the day. The duration of the contracts will be at least 3 months, and must be formalized through models 407 (full-time) or 507 (part-time). In any case, the contracts must begin between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023 and the eligible period will be between 3 and 6 months, without prejudice to their duration going beyond said date. In all cases, contracts must be carried out in accordance with the agreement of the corresponding sector. Hiring must involve net creation of employment over the total average workforce existing in the company in the 6 months immediately prior to the incorporation of the people whose contract is subsidized. No more than 4 contracts will be subsidized for each beneficiary. In the event that the employment contract is terminated during the months to be subsidized due to failure to pass the trial period, voluntary termination, dismissal declared fair or due to death or disability of the person hired, the amount of the subsidy will be reduced in proportion to the effective duration of the employment contract or a new contract may be made, under the same terms as the original subsidized one, within a period of 15 calendar days. 3. Amount of the subsidy Amount: €269,900 4. Deadline and place for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications to obtain subsidies, addressed to the convening body and signed by the beneficiary or person representing him/her, along with the attached documentation, will begin the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa and will end on January 10, 2024. (inclusive). Subsidy applications must be made electronically through the municipal website, www.eibar.eus. To carry out the procedure electronically, it is necessary to have a digital certificate (B@K-Q, electronic DNI, IZENPE card, etc.).
