* Extract from Order No., which calls for subsidies for * social innovation projects, for the year 2024 * In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of * Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the * extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the * National Subsidies Database: * (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index) * * First. Beneficiary entities. * Beneficiary entities of this subsidy call may be those companies, self-employed workers or social economy entities referred to in Law 5/2011 on Social Economy, which are validly * constituted at the time of submission of the application, that are * going to develop a social innovation project and comply with the * requirements established in regulatory base 3 (Order No. 395, of * September 9, 2021). * Beneficiary entities must comply with the obligations included * in article 14 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of * Subsidies. * Companies, self-employed workers or entities that benefit from this subsidy will not * be able to exceed * 200,000 euros, or 100,000 euros in the case of de minimis aid * granted to a company that carries out * road freight transport operations on behalf of others. In any case, the * beneficiary entities must comply with the provisions of Commission Regulation (EU) No. * 1407/2013, of December 18, 2013, (OJEU 24.12.2013), * relating to the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the * Functioning of the European Union to de mini-mis aid. In its case, * the provisions of Law 39/2015, of September 9, * which modifies and updates the regulations on self-employment * and adopts measures to encourage and promote self-employment and the * Social Economy, will apply, with respect to the subsidies granted to Insertion Companies * and Special Employment Centers that, after their * recognition as entities providing Services of General Economic * Interest, will be subject to the Regulation 360/2012 of the * Commission, of April 25, 2012, which can reach 500,000 euros in * a period of three years, thus replacing the de minimis amount of * 200,000 euros in the same period of time. * * Second. Object. * Call for public subsidies for social innovation projects, * understood as the development, implementation and/or validation of * innovative methodologies or technologies aimed at solving * social problems and actions aimed at improving the * living conditions of citizens. * The eligible projects and costs will be those included in regulatory * bases 4 and 5 respectively. A maximum of one * eligible project per entity is established, although up to * three applications per entity may be submitted. * Third. Regulatory bases. * Order No. 395, of September 9, 2021, of the Ministry of Economy, * Knowledge and Employment, which approves the regulatory bases for * the granting of subsidies to Social Innovation Projects (BOC No. * 193 of September 20, 2021). * Room. Amount. * The execution of an expense for the year 2024 is approved, conditional on * the existence of adequate and sufficient credit, for the amount of * 400,000.00 euros charged to budget application 17.05.467B. * 7700200 P.I. 237G0343 "Social innovation." * The total amount of the financial allocation indicated may be increased * in view of the files presented, as long as there is * financial coverage to carry it out and the provision of * available credits is published prior to the resolution of the * call. * The intensity of the aid will be 100% of the eligible expenditure, to apply * to all entities proposed as beneficiaries, provided that the * maximum and minimum limits of the subsidy per project allow it. * The minimum and maximum limits of subsidy to be granted per subsidized * project are €25,000.00 and €100,000.00, respectively. * The amount of aid will be determined based on the * financeable budget, taking into account the criteria referred to in * regulatory base 8. * The payment of the subsidy will be made in advance, according to
