Official description of the call
Purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies aimed at promoting shared extracurricular activity programs, where education outside of school hours is valued as a key factor in educational success, in order to improve the educational opportunities of the territory, in accordance with equity and educational quality, through the organization and expansion of the coordinated offer of extracurricular activities, corresponding to the 2023-2024 academic year. The subsidy will be used to cover the cost of carrying out extracurricular activities and educational leisure activities, shared between at least two educational centers in the city of Tarragona that meet the requirements established in the call. Regulatory bases The procedure for granting aid is that of concession on a competitive basis. The aid provided for in this call is governed by the Regulatory Bases initially approved by the Plenary Council on June 17, 2022 and definitively with its publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Tarragona dated 09/09/2022, CVE 2022 -07979. Beneficiaries Family associations and associations of mothers and fathers of students from public schools and concerted infant and primary centers in Tarragona may be beneficiaries, as well as the educational centers mentioned themselves, which meet the requirements established in the call. Deadlines for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day after the publication of an extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Tarragona (BOPT), through the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) and will end after 20 business days. Application and documentation Applications must be formalized on the specific standardized form that accompanies the call, and must be submitted electronically. The application must be signed by the person acting as legal representative of the requesting center. The specific form can be found at the municipal electronic headquarters, in the Catalog of Procedures section.
