REGULATORY BASES XVII DRAWING CONTEST NOVEMBER 25, INTERNATIONAL DAY AGAINST GENDER VIOLENCE 1. The Department of “Dona i Igualtat” of the Xàtiva City Council convenes this contest with the aim of preventing all types of violence from childhood. 2. All primary school students from Xàtiva schools can participate. 3. The drawings must have a DIN A-4 format. There are no limitations of technique or procedure. 4. The drawings must be sent to the Department of “Dona i Igualtat” (Casa de les Dones), deadline November 6 of this year. 5. Neither the name nor the signature of the artist must appear on the drawings; On the back of the drawing, you must put your personal information: name, surname, age, course and school to which you belong, and a contact telephone number. 6. The qualifying jury will be made up of the municipal equality agent, a representative of the Municipal Council of Women for Equality and chaired by the Councilor for “Dona i Igualtat” of the Hon. Xativa City Council. 7. Two prizes are established per course, from 1st to 6th grade: A second prize: LOT OF BOOKS valued at a maximum of €50 each along with a diploma and a first prize: LOT OF BOOKS valued at a maximum of €50 each along with a diploma. 8. The winning drawings will remain the property of the Department of Dona i Igualtat, which will exercise any right of reproduction or exploitation. 9. Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of these rules. 10. Grant Financing. The prizes for the XVII Drawing Contest on November 25, International Day against Gender Violence, will be processed by budget application 4G1/2311/22609, according to credit retention number 12023000023807. 11. The prizes will be governed by what has been established in Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of Subsidies, the Regulations of the General Subsidies Law and these Bases. 12. Validity of the Rules: These Rules will be valid during this call.
