Official description of the call
Ref. BDNS 725649 The presence of material errors has been detected in the announcement published by edict 10812 in BOIB no. establishments attached to a virtual shopping center or municipal marketplace platform. In accordance with the provisions of article 109.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, Public Administrations may rectify at any time, ex officio or at the request of interested parties, material, factual or arithmetic errors existing in their actions. By means of this publication and under the protection of the regulations set forth, the material errors detected are rectified. Thus, where it says: "Fourth. Amount The budget allocation for this call amounts to the amount of one hundred and five thousand euros (€105,000.00) for the year 2023, charged to the City Council's budget item 603.43100.4800001. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications is two months from the day following the day of publication. from the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands." It must say: "Fourth. Amount The budget allocation for this call will be one hundred and seventy-five thousand euros (€175,000.00) for the 2023-2024 annuities, charged to the City Council's budget item 603 43100 4800001. Fifth. Deadline for the acquisition of the discount vouchers The deadline for the acquisition of the discount vouchers begins once the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands and ends on February 28, 2024." This is made evident in order to rectify the material errors detected in the original publication.
