Official description of the call
1.- The purpose of these rules is the regulation of the coordination and conditions of processing and granting, where applicable, of the financial aid to which residential buildings defined within the framework of Program 1 of aid for rehabilitation actions at the neighborhood level of Royal Decree 853/2021 may be eligible. The aid will be granted, where appropriate, to carry out the necessary ENERGY REHABILITATION actions of residential buildings adhered to the “Program of aid for DEEP REHABILITATION actions” of buildings, approved by the City Council of Pasaia, as stated in the Bilateral Agreement signed between MITMA, the GV and the City Council of Pasaia. 2.- The maximum amount of the sum of the subsidies to be granted amounts to the amount of €1,008,294.40, charged to item 18,780.02.151.02 2023, to the amount of €2,520,736.00, charged to item 18,780.02.151.02 2024 and to the amount of €1,512,441.6, charged to item 18.780.02.151.02 2025. 3.- The procedure for granting aid will begin by means of an application submitted electronically at the electronic headquarters of the Pasaia City Council. The processing of the aid must be carried out by the person who is the sole owner of the building or by whoever represents the community of owners, in the terms established by Law 49/1960 of July 21, on horizontal property or, failing that, by a duly accredited representative of the community. 4.- The planned aid may be requested from the date of publication of the Call on the electronic headquarters of the City Council during a period of 10 business days. Documentation accrediting compliance with the conditions and requirements necessary to be a beneficiary of the same must be attached to the application based on the provisions of these Bases. It will not be necessary to deliver the documentation requested in these rules that has already been delivered previously (in the Deep Rehabilitation program for Communities of Owners).
