Extract from the call for subsidies addressed to the town councils or local autonomous organizations of the Girona regions for the realization of the Cobla Music Concert Series – season 2023-2024 Description of the call Resolution of November 7, 2023, of the Government Board, which approves the call for grants directed to the town councils or local autonomous organizations of the Girona regions for the realization of the Cobla Music Concert Series – 2023-2024 season. Beneficiaries All city councils in the Girona regions or local autonomous organizations can apply for the grants covered by these rules. To obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies, applicants must meet the general requirements and conditions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Purpose Subsidies to finance the Cobla Music Concert Series. Regulatory bases Regulatory bases for subsidies directed to the town councils or local autonomous organizations of the Girona regions for the realization of the Cobla Music Concert Series, approved by the Plenary Session of the Provincial Council in the session of October 17, 2023, initially published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona (BOPG) no. 205, of October 24, 2023. Amount The estimated amount allocated to the call is €54,000.00. The effectiveness of the additional amount will be conditional on the corresponding declaration of credit availability prior to the resolution of the subsidies and the approval of the increase in the call. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications is from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPG until November 27, 2023. Applications must be formulated using the standard form available on the Diputació de Girona website, according to article 6 of the regulatory bases. The submission of applications, which must be electronically signed using a certificate validated on the PSIS platform of the Consorci d¿Administració Oberta de Catalunya, must be carried out through EACAT. Applications will be attended to in strict order of entry into the General Registry of the Diputació, and according to the order of preference of the cobla, until the budgetary availability of the corresponding call is exhausted. Requests that cannot be met will be placed on a waiting list. The order of the list will be determined based on the entry registration at the Diputació de Girona. In the event that there are resignations among the beneficiaries, they will be replaced by the petitioning municipalities that have been left on the waiting list and always respecting the order established in the corresponding resolution. The replacement will be formalized by a resolution of the vice president of the Area of Culture, New Technologies and Sports.
