Official description of the call
First. Purpose: The purpose of these rules is to regulate the granting of subsidies and financial aid granted by the city council of sa Pobla in order to promote and encourage the practice of sport in this municipality. Second. Beneficiaries: Clubs, associations and sports entities, legally constituted and recognized, that are registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the municipality and that: 1.- contemplate in their statutes the practice of physical and sports activity. 2.- Be up to date with tax obligations, as well as obligations with the TGSS, and not be subject to any sanctioning procedure initiated for this reason. 3.- Entities in which any of the prohibitions established in section 2 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, nor entities and associations that are not legally constituted, cannot benefit from the aid. 4.- Comply with the rest of the formal and material requirements provided for in this call and the applicable subsidy regulations. 5.- The following are expressly excluded from this call: a. Sports corporations, and clubs that participate in professional leagues. 6.- Each entity can only submit one request to be able to cover the different expenses arising from the sporting activity itself. Amount: During the 2023 budget year, the amount of 26,000.00 euros is allocated to the subsidies object of this call, charged to budget application 2023.01.3410.48905.01. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications is twenty (20) calendar days counting from the day following the publication of this call in the BOIB. If the last day of this period is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be deemed extended until the first following business day. No subsidy application form can be submitted outside the established deadline.
