Error detected in the Call and bases for the extraordinary granting of subsidies to Brotherhoods, Brotherhoods and Religious Associations for investments in construction, acquisition or rehabilitation of real estate and other investments, year 2023, approved by Mayor's Decree No. 2023/2417, dated November 8, 2023, it is rectified, so that all references that appear regarding the condition of beneficiary must be limited exclusively to the condition of Brotherhoods or Brotherhoods of Passion, being definitively drafted as follows: Object and purpose of the call Establishment of subsidies under a competitive competition regime, for the realization of investments linked to the construction, rehabilitation or reform of Brotherhood Houses and, subsidiarily, for the acquisition or maintenance of other assets included in the cultural heritage of the Brotherhoods and Brotherhoods of Passion of the municipality of Bolaños de Calatrava. Beneficiaries Brotherhoods and Brotherhoods of Passion based in Bolaños de Cva. that are legally constituted and registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of Bolaños de Calatrava. Eligible expenses Investments made in the acquisition of land, construction and rehabilitation and reform works of Brotherhood Houses, which are carried out before March 31, 2024. Subsidiarily, other expenses made for the acquisition, maintenance and replacement of other assets of the Brotherhoods and Brotherhoods of Passion may be subsidized. Submission of applications The subsidy application must necessarily be submitted through the electronic headquarters of the Bolaños de Calatrava City Council (electronic headquarters > telematic registration > call for subsidies and activities for associations or other entities) accessing with an electronic certificate or permanent cl@ve, accompanied by the following documentation: - Project of the activity to be subsidized, which includes a brief description of the investments to be made, the detailed budget of income and expenses, the implementation schedule and the number of beneficiaries to whom the funds are intended. activities. - Sworn declaration of the person responsible or the legal representative of the entity that they are up to date with compliance with tax and fiscal obligations with the Administration and Social Security, as well as that they are not subject to any of the legal incompatibilities contemplated in art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. - Sworn statement from the legal representative regarding subsidies requested or granted for the same purpose by other public or private entities. - Authorization in favor of the City Council to collect tax data and to be up to date with the Social Security of the individual, association or entity before other administrations, in accordance with the provisions of the General Law of Subsidies. - CIF, if not previously submitted. - Third party file, if not previously submitted. - Certificate from the Secretary of the Association stating the legal representative of the Association. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province, on the Town Hall Notice Board and on the municipal website.
