Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). By agreement of the Local Government Board of November 14, 2023, the call and specific bases of the aforementioned call have been approved, with the following specifications: FIRST. PURPOSE: The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of public aid by the Azuqueca de Henares City Council to subsidize expenses derived from attending necessary therapies, for minors with functional diversity, that have been carried out during the year 2023. This aid will be €300, €400 or €500 euros each. SECOND. BENEFICIARIES AND REQUIREMENTS: People from 0 to 18 years old with functional diversity from Azuqueca de Henares who are carrying out or have carried out specific therapies during the year 2022. Families with minors who meet the following requirements on the date of application may apply for this call for aid: a) Be the holder of the Azuqueca de Henares Citizen Card. b) Be between 0 and 18 years old c) Have more than 33% disability and/or degree of dependency d) Have carried out one or more of these therapies during the year 2022: - Physiotherapy - Hydrotherapy - Hippotherapy - Occupational Therapy - Music therapy - Clinical therapy a) Not be included in any of the causes that disqualify you from obtaining the status of beneficiary of those listed in article 13 of the Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and not be involved in cases of incompatibility regulated in Law 11/2003, of September 25, of the Government and the Consultative Council of Castilla-La Mancha. b) Be up to date with obligations for reimbursement of subsidies, taxes and Social Security. THIRD. BUDGET ITEM AND TOTAL SUBSIDY AMOUNT The budget item corresponds to 2310 489.12 and the total amount of the subsidy will be €35,000.00. FOURTH. PERIOD AND PLACE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 days from the publication of the bases in the BOP. Applications will be submitted according to the application model (Annex I), accompanied by the rest of the documentation through the City Council's website or at the Citizen Service (Plaza de la Constitución, No. 1) from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Fridays.
