First. Object. This aid will be granted to carry out emergency humanitarian actions aimed at people and communities affected by emergency or disaster situations, caused by natural disasters, armed conflicts or other comparable circumstances. Any non-governmental organization or institution with legal personality, not for profit, such as Non-Governmental Development Organizations or religious congregations whose activity coincides with the purpose of this call, may apply for the subsidies. Third. Regulatory bases General Subsidies Ordinance of the Ordizia City Council. Specific bases. Room. Financial endowment. The total amount of aid called through this program amounts to €6,000 for the 2023 budget year and will be financed from budget item 481.01.230.20.0103 2023. However, if the number and amount of applications exceeds the allocated amount, Ordizia City Council may increase the aforementioned amount, depending on its budget availability. Fifth. Maximum amount of the subsidy and payment The amount of the subsidy per project may not exceed 2,000 euros. 100% of the subsidy awarded will be paid in a single payment at the time of award. Sixth.
