Official description of the call
First: Beneficiaries. 1.- SMEs, micro-SMEs, small self-employed entrepreneurs and professionals may be beneficiaries of this aid, for the costs indicated in point 2 (requirements), carried out and paid between July 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023, and provided that the average of the net returns of the months for which the aid is requested (within the aforementioned period), is equal to or lower than the average of the net returns obtained. in the same months during the 2021 annuity. 2.- To be beneficiaries, they must meet the following requirements: Be registered with the Economic Activities Tax and/or in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers or the corresponding Mutual Fund, and maintain said registered economic activity at the time of submitting the application for this aid. In the case of natural persons, they must be registered in Agost at least prior to the publication of these aids in the BOP. That the tax domicile is in the municipality of Agost. Have started their economic activity on a date prior to or equal to December 1, 2021 and maintain said registered activity at the time of granting the requested aid. Have had current expenses that the applicants have incurred, that have been effectively paid, that unquestionably correspond to the maintenance of their business, professional or commercial activity, and that are strictly necessary between July 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023. These expenses must be included in the following eligible concepts: Self-employed quota. Monthly rental of the business premises, and the natural/legal person requesting the aid must appear as the tenant. Interest on loans for the acquisition of business premises, and the natural/legal person requesting the aid must appear as the owner of the loan. 50% of the electricity, gas and fuel expenses that are necessary for operation and directly related to the business. That they are not subject to any of the circumstances included in article 13.2 and 13.3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and in particular, that they are up to date with the fulfillment of their tax obligations with the State Treasury (AEAT) and with the Social Security Treasury (TGSS). Not have outstanding debt of any nature whose voluntary payment period has expired with the Agost City Council. For these purposes, SME and microenterprise are considered to be those defined in accordance with Annex I of Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014 of the European Commission, of June 17, 2014. Second: Purpose. The purpose of this call is to regulate the competitive call for aid to SMEs, micro-SMEs, small self-employed entrepreneurs and professionals, with the aim of minimizing the economic impact that the crisis is having on the productive fabric of Agost in the context of the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, as an economic injection measure to counteract the effects that SMEs are suffering from the indiscriminate rise in prices, operating costs and interest rates, so that their continuity is preserved once they are normalized. this situation. The purpose pursued with the granting of financial aid to the entities indicated in the previous paragraph is to contribute to their economic viability. For these actions to be eligible for subsidies, the expenses to which the funds are applied must be eligible in the terms provided for in article 31 of the General Subsidies Law. Third: Bases. General Subsidies Ordinance of the Agost City Council, and those included in the call. Fourth: Amount. The maximum aid to be received may reach 8,000 euros per applicant. The individualized amount to be received by the beneficiaries will be determined in the granting resolution. In no case may the amount of aid be higher than the amount of expenses justified by the beneficiary persons or entities. The granting of aid will be made among the applicant natural/legal persons who meet all the requirements and documentation required in these bases, until the available credit is exhausted. Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications and provision of credit. To participate in this call, it is mandatory that participants submit their application and other documents.
