Resolution approving the call for subsidies to carry out activities in the field of occupational risk prevention in accordance with Law 31/1995 for the year 2023

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries The organizations referred to in article 12 of Law 31/1995, of November 8, representative business and union organizations in their corresponding sectoral scope, as well as foundations or other entities constituted by these and those for the achievement of any of their purposes, may be beneficiaries of the aid provided for in this call. Second. Object. Call for subsidies for the year 2023 to carry out activities in the field of occupational risk prevention in accordance with Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks. a) Information actions: these will be those that seek to disseminate among workers and employers the principles of preventive action against occupational risks or the specific rules for the application of such principles. b) Technical assistance actions: these will be those that are aimed at the study and resolution of problems, derived from the practical and material application of preventive actions. c) Training actions: They will consist of the design of the methods and content of programs that could be taught in sectors and subsectors of productive activity, especially in those whose structure is fundamentally made up of small companies. d) Actions to promote compliance with regulations on the prevention of occupational risks: these will be those that promote knowledge and application by employers and workers of the legal, regulatory and conventional provisions regarding the prevention of occupational risks, especially through mechanisms and instruments developed in the sectoral and territorial areas of productive activity. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 182/2023, of November 9, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, which develops the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for carrying out activities in the field of occupational risk prevention in accordance with Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks, approved by Order TES/864/2023, of July 21. Room. Credit and amount of subsidies. The credit allocated to the financing of the subsidies provided for in the call amounts to 606,934.68 euros, charged to the 2023 budget. The amount of the subsidy will be 100 percent of the eligible cost of the approved actions, with a maximum, per beneficiary entity, of 40 percent of the credit allocated to the financing of the subsidies in this call. Fifth. Deadline and form of submission of applications. Ten days, counting from the day following the publication of this resolution and its extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha. Applications will be submitted electronically with an electronic signature, through the form included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es).
