First. Beneficiaries. 1. The following entities may be beneficiaries of subsidies within the framework of the Talleres+ Program (lines 1 and 2) for the year 2026: a) Local entities of the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha, their autonomous organizations and entities with powers in matters of employment promotion, linked or dependent on them, whose ownership corresponds entirely to said local entities. b) Associations that explicitly include the promotion of employment among their constitutive purposes. c) Public bodies linked to or dependent on the General Administration of the State and the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha. d) Consortia with territorial scope of action in the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha. e) Associations, foundations and other non-profit entities, with availability of at least one establishment in the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha. 2. In addition to the promoting entities listed in the previous section, training entities accredited and/or registered in the State Registry of Training Entities may also be beneficiary entities of this aid, in the event that the former do not have the necessary means to provide the training of the program, signing the appropriate agreement between them. Second. Purpose and eligible programs. Call for subsidies for lines 1 and 2 contemplated in Order 189/2024, of November 7, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies within the framework of the Workshops+ Program, for the year 2026. The workshops+ will meet the characteristics and content provided for in articles 3 and 4, respectively, of Order 189/2024, of November 7, from the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment. The subsidy lines called are the following: a) Line 1: workshops+ for people aged 25 and over. b) Line 2: workshops+ for those under 30 years of age. Third. Regulatory bases. The subsidies that are called will be governed by the provisions of Order 189/2024, of November 7, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies within the framework of the Talleres+ Program, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha no. 218 of November 11, 2024. Fourth. Financing and amount of subsidies. The maximum amount of the credit allocated to the financing of the subsidies provided for this call amounts to a total of 18,845,839.08 euros from the expenditure budget of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, distributed over the following fiscal years and budget applications, provided with finalist funds (Fund 60) from the Sectoral Conference on Employment and Labor Affairs. The total amount has been provincialized taking into account the data from the Population Census as of January 1, 2025 and those from the Active Population Survey for the fourth quarter of 2025. A specific credit reserve is included for the municipalities of Castilla-La Mancha included in the Annex to Royal Decree-Law 6/2024, of November 5, which adopts urgent response measures to the damage caused by the Depression. Isolated at High Levels (DANA) in different municipalities between October 28 and November 4, 2024, resulting in 10 percent of the credit allocated to the financing of lines 1 and 2 in the provinces of Albacete and Cuenca. Fifth. Deadline and form of submission of applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this resolution and its extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha. Subsidy applications will be presented by the promoting entities electronically with an electronic signature, through the form included as Annex I in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (http://www.jccm.es), which will be accompanied by the report referred to in article 4.1.a) of Order 189/2024, of November 7, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, through the annex. II, and, where appropriate, the agreement referred to in article 6.2 of the aforementioned order through Annex III.
