Official description of the call
BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and in this BOJA. First. Call. The aid for official milk control activities in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, provided for in Chapter VI of Royal Decree 663/2023, of July 18, in the maximum total amount of 239,100.00 euros (two hundred and thirty-nine thousand one hundred euros), is called under a competitive competition regime for the year 2024: • Item Budget: 1400180000 G/71B/78207/00 S0602 2007003023 for an amount of 119,550.00 euros for the year 2024. • Budget item: 1400010000 G/71B/78207/00 01 2020000054 an amount of 119,550.00 euros annuity 2025. Second. Beneficiaries. In accordance with the provisions of article 22.1 of Royal Decree 663/2023, of July 18, dairy control entities or, where applicable, breeder associations or organizations that meet the requirements established in the aforementioned article may apply for aid. Likewise, this aid may be granted to public entities subject to Administrative Law in accordance with the provisions of article 22.2 of the aforementioned Royal Decree 663/2023, of July 18. Third. Object. The purpose is the genetic evaluation of the breeders through the selection schemes approved for the different breeds of bovine, ovine and caprine species. Room. Regulatory bases. Royal Decree 663/2023, of July 18, which regulates the control of milk yield for genetic evaluation in bovine, ovine and caprine species, establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for the control of milk yield and modifies various royal decrees on agricultural matters and the Order establishing the call for aid for official milk control in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia for the year 2024, under the provisions of Royal Decree 663/2023, of July 18, which is cited. Fifth. Amount. The maximum total amount is €239,100.00 (two hundred and thirty-nine thousand and one hundred euros), although the amount of aid and its limits will comply with what is established in Annex I of Royal Decree 663/2023, of July 18. Thus, the maximum amount of the subsidy for each completed and validated lactation will be the following: Bovine: 10 euros. Sheep: 5 euros. Goats: 5 euros. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 calendar days, counting from the day following the day on which the extract provided for in article 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, is published in the Official Gazette of the Government of Andalusia.
