Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Order is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. — Line A: “Speech therapy care”: Aid intended to cover expenses for speech therapy support derived from communication disorders that negatively interfere with the learning process of students and therefore in the achievement of educational objectives. — Line B: “Home educational support for convalescent students”: Aid intended to cover the costs of home educational support, derived from the students' permanence at home for reasons of prolonged convalescence for a period of time greater than one month, which makes their regular attendance at an educational center impossible. — Line C: “Psychotherapy”: Aid intended to cover the expenses derived from psychotherapy for students with specific educational support needs, when these interfere or make difficult the learning process of the students and therefore in the achievement of educational objectives. Second. Beneficiaries. — Line A: Students enrolled in the second cycle of early childhood education, primary or compulsory secondary education in centers supported by public funds in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, who have specific educational support needs associated with specific learning difficulties and a “per capita” income that does not exceed 9.5 the minimum interprofessional salary in the year 2022. — Line B: Students enrolled in primary education, compulsory secondary education, baccalaureate, intermediate or higher level training cycles in centers supported with public funds from the Autonomous Community of Extremadura who require home educational support due to the impossibility of going to school due to a convalescent situation determined by medical prescription or for reasons related to serious behavioral disorders. — Line C: Students enrolled in primary or compulsory secondary education in centers supported by public funds in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura who have specific educational support needs that require psychotherapy and a “per capita” income that does not exceed 9.5 times the interprofessional minimum wage in 2022. Third. Regulatory bases. Decree 31/2013, of March 12, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for students with specific educational support needs, enrolled in educational centers supported by public funds of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, and the call is made for the 2012/2013 academic year, modified by Decree 130/2015, of June 9 and by Decree 78/2016, of June 14. Room. Total amount of call. For the purpose of this call, the maximum amount of two hundred and ninety thousand euros (€290,000.00) will be allocated, which is conditioned in a suspensive manner to the existence of adequate and sufficient credit when processed in advance, in accordance with the provisions of rule 69 of the Order of December 17, 2020, which approves the Accounting Instruction for the Junta de Extremadura (DOE). No. 244, of December 21, 2020), and with the following budget breakdown: — LINE A: 45,000 euros charged to the Management Center 130090000, budget position G/222G/48000, Funds CAG00001, Financing Program 20060134, of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community for the year 2024. — LINE B: 90,000 euros charged to the Management Center 130090000, budget position G/222G/48000, Funds CAG00001, Financing Program 20060134, of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the year 2024. — LINE C: 155,000 euros charged to the Management Center 130090000, budget position G/222G/48000, Funds CAG00001, Financing Program 20060134, of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community for the year 2024. Fifth. Subsidy amount. • Line A “Speech Therapy Care”: the maximum amount of 500 euros will be given to each beneficiary student. • Line B “Home educational support for convalescent students”, the maximum amount to be released will be 2,700 euros. • Line C “Psychotherapy” will be given to each beneficiary student the maximum amount of 500 euros
