Official description of the call
* In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3, letter b) and 20.8, * letter a), of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of * Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which * can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database * (http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index). * * * First.- Regulatory bases. * * Order No. 356, of July 7, 2020, of the Excma. Minister of * Education, Universities, Culture and Sports, which approves the * regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under * competitive competition and of indefinite validity aimed at supporting the * organization of official sporting events held in the * Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands. * * Second.- Amount. * * An amount of * two hundred and fifty thousand euros (€250,000.00) is allocated for this call for subsidies. * * Third.- Application submission deadlines. * * The deadline for submitting applications will be from April 17 to * May 6, 2024, both inclusive. * Fourth.- Notification of Provisional and Final Resolutions * Provisional granting resolutions, for notification purposes, * will be published on the bulletin board of the electronic headquarters of the * Ministry responsible for sports. The * final concession resolutions, for notification purposes, will be published in the * Official Gazette of the Canary Islands. * Fifth.- Delegation. * * The power to grant the subsidies object * of this call is delegated to the head of the General Directorate of Physical Activity * and Sports. * * This delegation of competence implicitly entails the extension of the * amount of the call when it does not require a new * call, the issuing of a resolution modifying amounts in the * assumption that the credits definitively approved by the Law of * General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands for 2024 do not * coincide with those established in this Order, the issuing of the * resolution that declares the subsidy justified, in whole or in part, or not * justified, the initiation and resolution of the * refund procedure, and any resolutions necessary for the application of * this Order.
