* In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3, letter b) and 20.8, * letter a), of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of * Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which * can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database * (http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index). * First.- Regulatory bases. * Order No. 553, of December 10, 2019, of the Excma. Ms. Counselor of * Education, Universities, Culture and Sports, the * regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under * competitive competition and indefinite validity intended to cover * the expenses of travel to sports activities were approved (BOC No. 245, of * 19.12.2019), modified by Order of November 24, 2022, of the * Excma. Ms. Counselor of Education, Universities, Culture * and Sports (BOC No. 242, of 12.11.2022). * Second.- Amount. * An amount of one * million, seven hundred and ninety-four, four hundred and fifty-nine thousand * euros (€1,794,459.00) is allocated for this call for subsidies for the financial year 2024, distributed over four * periods, as follows: * First period (from September 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023): * 590,000.00 euros. * Second period (from December 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024): * 624,000.00 euros. * Third period (from April 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024): 400,000.00 * euros. * Fourth period (from July 1, 2024 to August 31, 2024): * 180,459.00 euros. * Third.- Application submission deadlines. * Establish the following deadlines for submitting applications for * each of the aforementioned periods: * a) For trips made in the first period (September 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023), the deadline to submit * the corresponding application will be from January 23, 2024 to * February 5, 2024, both inclusive. * b) For trips made in the second period (from December 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024), the deadline to submit the * corresponding application will be from April 2, 2024 to April 12, 2024, both inclusive. * c) For trips made in the third period (April 1 * 2024 to June 30, 2024), the deadline to submit the corresponding * application will be from July 2, 2024 to July 12, 2024, * both inclusive. * d) For trips made in the fourth period (July 1 *, 2024 to August 31, 2024), the deadline to submit the * corresponding application will be from September 3, 2024 to * September 13, 2024, both inclusive. * Fourth.- Notification of Provisional and Final Resolutions * Provisional granting resolutions, for notification purposes, * will be published on the bulletin board of the electronic headquarters of the * Ministry responsible for sports. The * final concession resolutions, for notification purposes, will be published in the * Official Gazette of the Canary Islands. * Fifth.- Delegation. * * The power to grant the subsidies object * of this call is delegated to the head of the General Directorate of Physical Activity * and Sports. * * This delegation of competence implicitly entails the extension of the * amount of the call when it does not require a new * call, the issuing of a resolution modifying amounts in the * assumption that the credits definitively approved by the Law of * General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands for 2024 do not * coincide with those established in this Order, the issuing of the * resolution that declares the subsidy justified, in whole or in part, or not * justified, the initiation and resolution of the * refund procedure, and any resolutions necessary for the application of * this Order.
