Minister of * Education, Universities, Culture and Sports, by which * the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies destined to * support Canarian sports clubs that compete in absolute * categories at national and European level of the different * sports modalities were approved. * * Second.- Amount. * * A total amount of * for a total amount of three million four hundred and twenty-five * two hundred and ninety euros (€3,425,290.00) is allocated for this call for subsidies, with 100% funds from the * Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands. * * For subsidy line 1 "Support for Canarian sports clubs * that compete in absolute national categories of the different * sports modalities with respect to the scope of their administrative organization * and operation": 1000% of the entire * credit, which represents one million six hundred and seventy-five thousand two hundred * ninety euros (€1,675,290.00) of budget application 18.12. * 336A 480.02.00 L.A. 184G0682 "A Sports Clubs" and 100% of the * entire credit of the budget application 18.12. 336A * 480.02.00 L.A. 184G0722 "Promotion of the Canary Islands through sport", * which represents one million four hundred thousand euros (€1,400,000.00). * * Line 2 of the subsidy, which corresponds to expenses for * sports activities, will not be called in the 2024 financial year. * * For line 3 of the subsidy "Support for the international participation of * Canarian sports clubs that compete in absolute categories of * European scope of the different sports modalities with respect to their * sports field": 100% of the entire credit, which * represents three hundred and fifty thousand euros (€350,000.00) of the application * budget, 18.12. 336A 480.02.00 L.A. 184G1224 "Support for the * international participation of clubs." * * Third.- Application submission deadlines * * For subsidy line 1, "Support for Canarian sports clubs * that compete in absolute national categories of the different * sports modalities with respect to the scope of administrative organization * and operation of the same", from January 23 to * February 6, 2024, both inclusive. * * For line 3 of the subsidy, "Support for the international participation * of Canarian sports clubs that compete in absolute categories at the * European level of the different sports modalities with respect to their * sports field", from April 15 to April 30, 2024, both inclusive. * * Fourth.- Notification of Provisional and Final Resolutions * The provisional granting resolutions, for notification purposes, * will be published on the bulletin board of the electronic headquarters of the * Ministry responsible for sports. The * final concession resolutions, for notification purposes, will be published in the * Official Gazette of the Canary Islands. * * Fifth.- Delegation. * * The power to grant the subsidies object * of this call is delegated to the head of the General Directorate of Physical Activity * and Sports. * * This delegation of competence implicitly entails the extension of the * amount of the call when it does not require a new * call, the issuing of a resolution modifying amounts in the * assumption that the credits definitively approved by the Law of * General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands for 2024 do not * coincide with those established in this Order, the issuing of the * resolution that declares the subsidy justified, in whole or in part, or not * justified, the initiation and resolution of the * refund procedure, and any resolutions necessary for the application of * this Order.
