Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: 1. The following entities may be beneficiaries of the subsidies convened by this resolution: a) In relation to the subsidies included in Line 1, the beneficiaries will be: 1. The most representative trade union organizations in the area of Castilla-La Mancha, in accordance with the provisions of articles 6.2 and 7.1 of Organic Law 11/1985, of August 2, on Freedom of Association, as well as foundations or others entities constituted by them to achieve any of these purposes. 2. The most representative business associations in the area of Castilla-La Mancha, as established in the sixth additional provision of the consolidated text of the Workers' Statute Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23, as well as the foundations or other entities established by them to achieve any of these purposes. b) In relation to the subsidies included in Line 2, the beneficiaries will be: Trade union organizations and business associations that participate in said area, as well as foundations or other entities established by them to achieve those purposes. Second. Object. Approval of the call for subsidies aimed at financing training plans, aimed at training for the development of functions related to social dialogue and collective bargaining, in the area of Castilla-La Mancha, in accordance with the regulatory bases established in Order 175/2019, of December 3, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the financing of targeted training plans to the improvement of social dialogue and collective bargaining, in the area of Castilla-La Mancha. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases by which this call is governed are provided for in Order 175/2019, of December 3, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the financing of training plans aimed at improving social dialogue and collective bargaining, in the area of Castilla-La Mancha, (published in DOCM no. 242, of December 10). Room. Financing and amount. The credit allocated to the financing of this call amounts to 460,000 euros, which will be allocated to budget item 1904G322A/48000 fund 60, of the expenditure budget for the 2024 financial year of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications must be submitted within 20 days, counted from the day following the publication of this resolution and its extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha and will be addressed to the head of the General Directorate of Self-Employed, Labor and Social Economy. Applications submitted outside the established deadline will not be admitted for processing, and their inadmissibility will be resolved following a resolution issued in the terms of article 21 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Sixth. Other data. Form of submission of applications: Applications will only be submitted electronically through the form included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es), as Annex II. When presented in this way, the documentation to be provided may be digitized and presented as files attached to it. Applications submitted by means other than those indicated above will not be accepted for processing. Payment method: Once the granting resolution has been issued, 25 percent of the amount of the subsidy awarded will be prepaid by bank transfer to the current account held by the beneficiary. At the request of the beneficiary entity, a second additional advance of 35 percent will be paid once the start of the training plan has been communicated. Finally, at any time after the initiation communication referred to in the previous section, provided that the execution period of the subsidized training plan has not ended and at the request of the beneficiary entity, a third advance payment will be made for the amount
