Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Natural persons who have been recognized with the minimum solidarity income aid prior to the publication of this extract and who meet the requirements for the renewal and exceptional renewal of the aid established in the seventh and eighth bases of the regulatory bases may apply for this call for these aids. Second. Object. Minimum Solidarity Income Aid. Third. Regulatory bases. Published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha no. 254, of December 31, 2009. Fourth. Financing. 1. The credit allocated to finance the call amounts to 1,800,000 euros. 2. The maximum amount of this financial aid is that established in article 20.1 of Decree 179/2002, of December 17, on the Development of the Minimum Solidarity Income. Fifth. Deadline and place for submitting applications. 1. The deadline for submitting applications for renewal or exceptional renewal will be open from January 1, 2024 until the end of the year or the exhaustion of the credit if earlier. 2. Applications may be submitted by any of the following means: a) Using the form enabled for this purpose at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha at the following address: http://www.jccm.es, duly signed electronically, which will be noted in the electronic record. The original documents that may be necessary for the granting of aid will be digitized and presented as annexes through the aforementioned electronic office. To facilitate the electronic processing of the file, the applicant will register on the electronic notification platform of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha at the following address: htt ps://notifica.jccm.es/notifica. b) In the registry of the central services of the Ministry responsible for social services or in that of its provincial delegations, as well as in any of the places indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
