Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/ge/es/index) and in this DOE. FIRST.- BENEFICIARIES Private legal persons who meet the following requirements may attend the call: a) Be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding Official Autonomous or National Registry. b) That they are private, non-profit legal entities. c) That they carry out cultural projects in municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura in the manner, time and conditions established in this Resolution. d) For these purposes, eligible cultural projects will be considered those related to the following disciplines: 1.- Theatre. 2º.- Music. 3rd.- Dance. 4th.- Circus. 5th.- Magic. 6º.- Cinema and audiovisuals. 7º.- Literature. 8º.-Plastic arts. ¿ In the evaluation of the projects, the number of disciplines developed by the different activities contained therein will be taken into account, in accordance with the provisions of the previous point. Can the same project comprise or include several disciplines. However, the same activity cannot be included for assessment purposes in more than one discipline. SECOND.-OBJECT These grants are intended to finance the implementation of projects that promote activities or actions that contribute to generating content of cultural interest in the municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura by private, non-profit legal entities, for cultural purposes, during the year 2024, that develop activities in the territorial area of Extremadura and that contribute to the participation of Extremadurans in the cultural life of their territory. THIRD.- REGULATORY BASES Decree 47/2017, of April 18, which approves the regulatory bases for granting aid to non-profit legal-private persons, for cultural purposes, for the implementation of cultural activity projects in municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, (DOE number 78, of April 25) FOURTH.- AMOUNT The maximum amount of the aid does not will exceed 18,000 euros per project and beneficiary (VAT excluded) and its financing will be carried out under budget application 150020000 G/273A/48000 project 20150249 Funds CAG0000001 of the Budget Law of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for 2024, in the amount of two hundred and fifty thousand euros (250,000.00 euros). FIFTH.- DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The deadline for submission of applications will be fifteen business days counted from the day following the publication of the call and this extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura, in accordance with the provisions of article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies.
