Summary of the call for subsidies for cultural activities planned in Oiartzun is published in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2008 of November 17. The full text can be consulted on the Oiartzun City Council website (www.oiartzun.eus) and in the National Subsidies Database: (http://www. pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): First. Purpose of the subsidy: Establish the regulatory bases for the distribution of subsidies for cultural activities planned during 2023 in Oiartzun through a competition procedure. Second. Requirements to access subsidies. Specifically, cultural associations and individuals may join this call, provided that they do not incur any prohibition to appear contemplated in article 13 of the General Subsidies Law and that they meet the requirements established by the Subsidies Ordinance approved by the Oiartzun City Council for the granting of subsidies and that they certify organizing cultural activities in the municipality of Oiartzun. Third. Amount of subsidies. For the payment of these subsidies, €43,250 is stipulated in item 1 0801.481.334.00.01.2023 of the 2023 municipal budget of the Oiartzun City Council. The Oiartzun City Council, after analyzing the number of applications submitted, may increase or decrease the authorized expense, without this requiring processing a new call. Room. Deadline and where to submit applications. Applications to access the subsidies will be addressed to the body that makes the call and must be signed by the beneficiary or person representing him in the places and ways established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015 of October 1 on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, attaching the necessary documentation to the application. The deadline for their submission is from January 1 to January 31.
