Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans): First. Beneficiaries All municipalities (city councils, their autonomous bodies and commercial companies with entirely municipal capital) and associations of municipalities included in the territorial scope of the Diputació de Girona. Second. Object and purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime for investments in municipally owned or assigned housing for social housing policies. Third. Regulatory bases Agreement of the Plenary Session of the Girona Provincial Council, dated October 17, 2023, published in BOPG no. 205, of October 24, 2023. Fourth. Amount The total amount allocated to the call is €855,000.00. Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications From January 2, 2024 to February 15, 2024 through the Subsidies portal of the Diputació de Girona: https://seu.ddgi.cat/subvencions where the standardized documents and the specific application for this line can be found. A single subsidy application can be submitted with a maximum of up to 5 homes per city council, autonomous body, community or commercial company with entirely municipal capital. Sixth. Deadline to justify subsidies The deadline to justify subsidized actions will end on November 30, 2024.
