BOPG ANNOUNCEMENT Extract of the agreement of December 19, 2023 of the Governing Board of the Diputació de Girona, of advance call for subsidies for policies to promote citizen participation for the year 2024 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the extract of the call, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans First. Beneficiaries City councils and decentralized municipal entities, included in the territorial scope of the Provincial Council of Girona. Second. Purpose Subsidies intended to finance municipal expenses derived from the actions of city councils to plan and execute policies to promote citizen participation. Third. Regulatory bases Specific regulatory bases approved by the Plenary Session of the Girona Provincial Council in the session of November 23, 2021 and definitively published in BOP number 230, of November 30, 2023. Fourth. Amount The total amount allocated to the call is 200,000.00 ¿. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications From January 2 to February 2, 2024, using a standardized model available on the Diputació de Girona website http://www.ddgi.cat/subvencions Sixth. Deadline to justify subsidies The deadline to justify subsidized actions will end on November 15, 2024. Seventh. Resource regime The resolution of the call puts an end to the administrative route. A contentious-administrative appeal may be filed against this resolution before the contentious-administrative court of Girona, within a period of 2 months from the day following its notification. Alternatively, and optionally, an appeal for reconsideration can be filed before the Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Girona, within a period of 1 month, counting from the day following the day of its notification.
