In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 B and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/es/index) and in this DOE. First. Agreement and object. This agreement, under the protection of the Order of May 25, 2023, D.O.E No. 104, of June 1, 2023, aims to establish the aid regime aimed at the practical training of Foreign Trade technical personnel in sales and foreign trade operations, providing the beneficiaries with the necessary tools and experiences for a qualified performance of said functions, thus expanding their possibilities of insertion into the market. labor. Second. Beneficiaries. Individuals who pass the selection process described in the call agreement and who meet the requirements set out in section 2 of said agreement may apply for and be beneficiaries of this aid. Third. Regulatory bases. The content of the Regulatory Bases is included in the Order of May 25, 2023, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies by Extremadura Avante Servicios Avanzados to Pymes, S.L.U., for participation in the practical training of the advanced training program for foreign trade technicians (FORMACOEX PLUS). Room. Amount. The maximum total amount of aid established in this call for the FORMACOEX PLUS EXTREMADURA line is €189,106.08 and for the FORMACOEX PLUS EXTERIOR line it is €5,7539.40, and will be financed from the equivalent budget application in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the year. 2024, which in the fiscal year 2023 were charged to Law 6/2022 of December 30 on the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the fiscal year 2023, charged to the budget item contained in Program 341A “Quality Trade and Extremadura Crafts”, with the following classification and budget application code: 14003/34 1A/44000/20230028, EXTREMADURA AVANTE ADVANCED SERVICES TO SMEs. ADVANCED TRAINING IN FOREIGN TRADE (FORMACOEX PLUS). These aids are subject to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2021/1057 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 24, 2021, establishing the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), and are framed in the ESF+ Extremadura 2021-2027 program, within the specific objective: “improve access to employment and activation measures for all job seekers, and in particularly of young people, especially through the implementation of the Youth Guarantee, of the long-term unemployed and disadvantaged groups in the labor market, and of inactive people, as well as through the promotion of self-employment and the social economy”, with 85% co-financing by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+). The amounts of individual aid will not exceed, both for the FORMACOEX PLUS EXTREMADURA line and for the FORMACOEX PLUS EXTERIOR line, eight or one thousand nine hundred and thirty euros and thirty euro cents (€8,930.30) per beneficiary. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days, and will be computed from the day following the date of publication of the call agreement and this extract, in the Official Gazette of Extremadura.
