AID FROM THE SA POBLA CITY COUNCIL FOR THE PRACTICE OF SPORTS BY CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE OUTSIDE SCHOOL HOURS 2023

Official description of the call

First. Purpose: Sa Pobla City Council wants to promote sports practice with this call for aid, the purpose of which is to grant scholarships to promote sports practice for children and young people with fewer economic resources, through subsidizing a percentage of the fees of sports clubs and other sports centers. Second. Beneficiaries: 1. Children and young people who are between 3 and 16 years old, or who turn 16 within 2022, and who practice some type of physical or sports activity, as established in the fourth base, may be beneficiaries. 2. In order to grant the subsidy, it is an essential condition that at least one of the members of the family unit meets the requirements detailed in these bases and in the corresponding call or is in any of the following cases: . In a situation of social and/or economic vulnerability. . Unemployed and registered in the employment demand office. 3. In any case, persons in whom any of the prohibitions established in the art apply cannot be beneficiaries. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. 4. Only people who are registered in sa Pobla can be beneficiaries, provided that the registration has occurred before the publication of the Third call. Amount: The amount allocated to the aid object of this call for the 2023 budget year is 6,000 euros, charged to budget application 3410.48000.01 Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: Applications must be formalized using the standardized form attached as Annex 1 of these bases, addressed to the Mayor President of the Sa Pobla City Council, and will be presented in the general registry of this City Council (Plaza Constitución, 1 07420 Sa Pobla) or in any of the forms provided for in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations. The period to submit applications is 20 calendar days counting from the day following the publication of this call in the BOIB. If the last day of this period is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be deemed extended until the first following business day. No subsidy application form can be submitted outside the established deadline. If the request or documentation is incorrect or incomplete, the City Council will require the interested party in accordance with what is established in article 68.1 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations, so that, within a period of ten business days, they amend the lack or accompany the mandatory documents with an indication that, if they do not do so, the request will be considered withdrawn, with a prior express resolution.
