Description of the instruction. The purpose of the instruction is to establish the procedure for directly granting subsidies to companies and entities for the delivery of vocational training actions in the workplace with an express commitment to hire a percentage of the trained students for themselves. First. Regulatory bases. 1. Order TMS/368/2019, of March 28, which implements Royal Decree 694/2017, of July 3, which implements Law 30/2015, of September 9, which regulates the Vocational Training System for Employment in the workplace, in relation to the training offer of the competent administrations and its financing, and establishes the regulatory bases for the concession of public subsidies intended for its financing (BOE no. 78, of April 1, 2019). 2. Order EFP/942/2022, of September 23, which regulates the training offer of the Vocational Training system in the workplace associated with the National Catalog of Professional Qualifications carried out by the competent administrations, establishing regulatory bases, as well as the conditions for its financing (BOE no. 239, of October 5, 2022). Second. Beneficiaries. Companies and entities with a presence in the territorial area of the Region of Murcia may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, to teach the requested training specialties, in the face-to-face modality, when they acquire for themselves the commitment to hire the students. Third. Subcontracting. The beneficiaries may subcontract the training activity with public or private training entities registered or accredited in the Registry of Training Entities of the SEF and in the State Registry of Training Entities, to provide the training specialties for which the subsidy is requested. Room. Recipients of the training Workers registered as job seekers or as agricultural workers in the Employment Offices of the Region of Murcia may participate in the training actions. Fifth. Application submission period The application submission period will be permanently open.
