GRANTING GRANTS TO SOCIAL CHARITABLE ENTITIES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BENIFAIÓ 2023

Official description of the call

First. Purpose and objective. The purpose of these rules is to regulate the system for granting subsidies to non-profit entities of the municipality of Benifaió that allocate their activities to charitable-social purposes on a competitive basis and prorating the concession linearly among all applicant entities that meet the requirements to be beneficiaries, depending on the credit available in the corresponding item of the municipal budget. Second. Beneficiaries. Any non-profit association, registered in the municipal registry of Associations prior to the opening of the deadline for submitting subsidy applications, may apply for this subsidy, provided that they dedicate their activity to personal development and the promotion of personal autonomy of people in a situation of dependency or with functional diversity, as well as care for people in a situation of social vulnerability or in a situation of social exclusion, during the year 2023. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies have been approved by the Local Government Board, in an ordinary session on December 28, 2023. Fourth. Financial endowment. The call will be financed from budget application 500.231.48004 “Subsidies for charitable-social entities” of the municipal budget for the year 2023, with the allocation being 6,000.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications will be submitted in the model that appears as Annex to the Regulatory Bases. They will go to the Mayor of the City Council and will be presented at the City Hall's entry register or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, from January 22 to 31, 2024. Sixth. Other data. Applications must be accompanied by the following documentation: Standardized individualized instance according to the Annex I model. Certified photocopy of the D.N.I or C.I.F. Detailed program and total budget broken down of the activity to be carried out and for which the subsidy is requested. Update of the data of the municipal registry of associations, if applicable. Certificate that the applicant is up to date with tax obligations and with social security and municipal Treasury. Responsible declaration of not being subject to the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary established in article 13.2 and .3 of the LGS. Affidavit of the subsidies requested/granted to other entities for the same activities requested from the Benifaió City Council. An action report justifying compliance with the conditions imposed in the granting of the subsidy, indicating the activities carried out and the results obtained. An economic report justifying the cost of the activities carried out will also be included, which will contain: A classified list of the expenses and investments of the activity, with identification of the creditor and the document, its amount, date of issue and, where applicable, date of payment. If the subsidy is awarded according to a budget, any deviations that have occurred will be indicated. Invoices or documents of equivalent evidentiary value in commercial legal traffic or with administrative effectiveness incorporated in the relationship referred to in the previous paragraph and, where applicable, documentation proving payment. The invoice must contain the following requirements (article 17 of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Benifaió City Council): Be originals or photocopies certified by the secretary of the City Council or official to whom he delegates. Be dated during the year in which the subsidy was granted, and if it is a specific activity, on the date corresponding to the aforementioned activity. Contain the data or requirements required by Royal Decree 1,496/2003, of November 28. Likewise, the invoice presented must contain the information “subscriber” or similar. Adhere to the budget presented when formulating the request. A detail of other income or subsidies that have financed the subsidized activity with an indication of the amount and its origin.
