Official description of the call

BDNS (Identif): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and herein BOJA. First. Call. The granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime aimed at the conservation and sustainable use and development of genetic resources in livestock farming is called for in 2024, within the framework of the Andalusian Rural Development Program 2014-2022 (operation 10.2.1), in the maximum amount of 2,000,000 euros. The aid will be financed 75% from the European Agricultural and Rural Development Fund (EAFRD), 10.75% from the General State Administration and 14.25% from the Budget of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. The budget item for the 2024 annuity to which the aid corresponding to this call will be allocated, as well as the maximum amount allocated to the aid, will be the following: 2025- 1400110000 G/71B/78202/00 C14A1021G1 2016000430 Amount: 2,000,000 euros. Second. Beneficiaries. Beneficiary entities of this help line may be breeder organizations or their member associations with scope of action in Andalusia and delegated powers in the management of stud books, which on the date of the aid request, are officially recognized within the framework of the current regulations for the creation or management of stud books and the development of improvement programs, and whose livestock farms are registered in the national information system ARCA, in accordance with article 25 of the Royal Decree 2129/2008, of December 26, which establishes the national program for the conservation, improvement and promotion of livestock breeds. The organizations or associations must be of one of the following breeds: - Bovine species: Pronghorn in Colorado; Pronghorn in black; Andalusian cardena; Marismeña; Andalusian black; Pajuna; retinta; Lydia. - Sheep species: Churra lebrijana; Lojeña; Merina; Merina from Grazalema; Montesina; Segureña; Early Merino. - Goat species: Andalusian white; Celtiberian white; Florida; Malagueña; Murciano, Granada; Black mountain; Payoya. - Pork species: Iberian. - Equine species: Hispano-Arab; Hispano-Bretón, Marismeña; Purebred Spanish; Horse of the Retuertas. - Ass species: Andalusian. - Avian species: Andalusian blue; Spanish fighter; Utrerana. Third. Object. Support for the conservation and sustainable use and development of genetic resources in livestock farming. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the Order of June 30, 2016, which regulates competitive subsidies aimed at the conservation and sustainable use and development of genetic resources in livestock farming, within the framework of the Andalusian Rural Development Program 2014-2020 (operation 10.2.1) (BOJA no. 126, of 4.7.2016), modified by corrections to errors of the aforementioned Order of June 30, 2016 (BOJA no. 198, of 10.14.2016 and BOJA no. 223, of 10.19.2019). Fifth. Maximum amount per beneficiary. For activities focused on livestock farming, the aid will be based on standard scales of unit costs, in accordance with the provisions of article 67.1.b) and article 67.5.a) of Regulation (EU) no. 1303/2013 and as specified in the annex. Additionally, the following limitations are established: - For registration of animals in books (A) the maximum amount will be 85,000 euros/entity/full annuity. For the rest of the activities focused on livestock (B, C and D), the amount of 190,000 euros/entity/complete annuity cannot be exceeded together. - Within the voluntary commitments, for genetic analyzes (C), a maximum amount of 30,000 euros/entity/full annuity is established. In addition to what is established in section 5.a) of the summary table, the following unit costs of actions focused on livestock are established, related to the type of commitment.
