Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS identifier. First.- Object. Call for the years 2024-2025, on a competitive basis, subsidies aimed at financing innovative actions in environmental education, aimed at Local Entities in Castilla y León with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants; and to non-profit entities and associations, validly constituted, that have their registered office in Castilla y León. Second.- Beneficiaries. 1. The following may obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies called for in this order: Town councils and Commonwealths of Castilla y León with less than 20,000 inhabitants. To determine the population, the official population figures resulting from the review of the Municipal Register as of January 1, 2022 of the National Institute of Statistics will be taken as a reference. In the case of the associations, it will be determined by the sum of the population of all the municipalities that make up validly constituted associations and non-profit entities, which have their registered office in Castilla y León. 2. The beneficiary entities will be subject to the obligations that, in general, are established in article 14 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Third.- Regulatory bases. By Order MAV/1436/2023, of December 14, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the financing of innovative actions in the field of environmental education in the territory of Castilla y León in the form of competitive competition, intended for municipalities and associations with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants and for non-profit entities and associations, published in the "Official Gazette of Castilla y León" No. 243, of December 21, 2023, the regulatory bases for this call were established. Fourth.- Amount. The subsidies awarded under this call will be charged to the budget applications, annuities and amounts of the General Budgets of the Community of Castilla y León detailed below: BUDGET APPLICATION AMOUNT FOR THE YEAR 2024 AMOUNT FOR THE YEAR 2025 04.07.456B01.76083.0 82,000 € 82,000 € 04.07.456B01.78030.0 82,000 € 82,000 € The credit corresponding to this call may be extended by an additional amount not exceeding 100% of the credits initially called, whose application to the granting of subsidies will not require a new call or extension or opening of the deadline for the submission of applications, in accordance with article 16.3 of the Law 5/2008, September 25. This increase will be carried out by modifying this order and carrying out the appropriate inspection procedures. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León.
