BDNS (Identif): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdntrans) and in this BOJA. First. Call. 1. The aid listed below, provided for in the Order of April 24, 2023, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid, under a non-competitive competition regime, intended to financially compensate operators in the fishing, aquaculture, processing and marketing of fishing and aquaculture products for the additional costs incurred, is convened under a non-competitive competition regime for the year 2023. incurred due to the market disruption caused by Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine and its effects on the supply chain of fishery and aquaculture products, as amended by the Order of October 24, 2023, in the maximum total amount specified and in accordance with the budget appropriations also indicated: Aid line Budget items Maximum amount (€) Aid for additional costs arising from increased production costs 1400120000/G/71P/47300/00/G1353513G6 1,500,000 for animal feed (fish meal, feed), oxygen and gases, plastic containers and packaging and electricity consumption in the aquaculture sector. Aid for additional costs derived from the increase in production costs 1400120000/G/71P/47300/00/G1353513G6 4,200,000 for flour, breadcrumbs, chlorine, oxygen and refrigerant gases, containers and packaging made of wood, paper/cardboard, plastic, glass and metal, electricity consumption, vegetable oils and natural/city gas in the processing and wholesale marketing of fishing and aquaculture products. TOTAL AVAILABLE 2024 5,700,000 3. The reference periods taken into account for the granting of this aid are the following: a) From March 1 to December 31, 2022 in relation to the second call for aid for companies processing and wholesale marketing of fishing and aquaculture products for the additional costs they would have incurred as a result of the increase in flour production costs, breadcrumbs, chlorine, refrigerant gases, containers and packaging made of wood, paper/cardboard, plastic, glass and metal, electricity consumption, natural/city gas and vegetable oils, who have not submitted a request for aid in the calls published by Order of June 20, 2023 and by Order of November 10, 2023, respectively or who, having submitted the request for aid in said calls, have invoices that, being eligible, would not have been presented together with the referred request for aid. b) From January 1 to November 30, 2023: - in relation to the additional costs derived from the increase in production costs for animal feed (fish meal, feed), oxygen and gases, plastic containers and packaging in the aquaculture sector. - in relation to the additional costs derived from the increase in production costs for flour, breadcrumbs, chlorine, oxygen and refrigerant gases, containers and packaging made of wood, paper/cardboard, plastic, glass and metal, vegetable oils and natural/city gas in the sector of the transformation and wholesale marketing of fishing and aquaculture products. Second. Beneficiaries. The following may be beneficiaries of this aid: a) For aid for the additional costs derived from the increase in production costs for animal feed (fishmeal, feed), oxygen and gases, plastic containers and packaging in the aquaculture sector, aquaculture companies considered SMEs and large companies, which are holders of the administrative authorization for marine or continental crops for their facilities, establishments or farms in Andalusia on the date of submission of the aid application.
