Approval of the call and indication of the regulatory bases for the subsidies Subsidies are called for the financial year 2024 to carry out training actions not leading to obtaining professional or professional certificates aimed primarily at unemployed people in accordance with Order TMS/368/2019, of March 28, which develops Royal Decree 694/2017, of July 3, which develops the Law 30/2015, of September 9, which regulates the Vocational Training System for Employment in the workplace, in relation to the training offer of the competent administrations and its financing, and establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies intended for its financing, published in BOE number 78, of April 1, 2019. Recipients of the courses In the training actions, aimed at unemployed people, employed people may also participate in a percentage that does not exceed 30 percent of the total number of scheduled participants. In any case, unemployed people will have preference in the selection with respect to employed people. Within the group of employed people, those with a temporary or part-time contract will have priority. Room. Beneficiary entities The beneficiaries of the subsidies will be public or private training centers and entities, as well as companies or business associations with a presence in the territorial area of ​​the Valencian Community, registered in the corresponding Registry of Training Entities for the training specialties subject to training, in accordance with the programming modalities and requirements established in the call.
