Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. First. Beneficiaries Sick people who attend as patients the Alzheimer's therapies that are taught at the Municipal Center for Disability Support by the Association of Relatives of Alzheimer's Patients of the Pobla de Vallbona and who they or their caregivers are registered in this municipality for twelve months prior to the request for the subsidy without having caused sick leave and in the event of the death of the person suffering from Alzheimer's, those people who hold the status of heir of the Alzheimer's disease may request the granting of a subsidy. person with Alzheimer's disease as long as said heirs meet the requirements established in the call. Second. Purpose The purpose of the call is to regulate the procedure for granting subsidies for sick people who attend as patients the Alzheimer's therapies taught at the municipal disability support center of Pobla de Vallbona. Third. Call The call for the procedure for granting these subsidies will be published in the national subsidy base, on the notice board and on the city council's website. Fourth.- Amount There is a provision for a maximum amount of 2,550.25 euros in the 2024 budget item, 2313.48001, called Disability and Dependency Concurrence Subsidy. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for requesting these aid will be 20 business days, counting from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province.
