Official description of the call
The Hon. Petrer City Council, at the Government Meeting held on May 9, 2024, approved the modification of the Regulatory Bases for the granting of individualized economic benefits in terms of social services (Second and fourth Bases), both being worded as follows:1. In the Second Base in the section relating to the Requirements for access to personal development aid: Where it says “That they do not exceed the income established by instruction 2/2018 of March 1, 2018 of the Vice Presidency and Department of Equality and Inclusive Policies (Annex I of these Bases) or subsequent instructions.” It must say “That they do not exceed the income established in ANNEX I.” 2. In the fourth Base relating to the Criteria for determining the aid/subsidy: 2.1 - The following is added:* For access to personal development aid: seven times the annual IPREM. Only the bank accounts of the applicant and his or her spouse or person with whom he or she maintains a permanent relationship analogous to the marital relationship will be taken into account. When calculating the income of the family unit, the amounts corresponding to the child support pensions imposed by a court resolution will be deducted, provided that said obligation is actually being fulfilled. 2.2- Likewise, on this same basis, the paragraph that says: “It may be extended in a very exceptional manner and with the VºBº of the Commission for the Valuation of Aid and Benefits of Social Services, up to ten months, to cohabitation units, without income or having them are less than 50% of the applicable IPREM according to the number of members: • with mental illness or with a mental disability that prevents them from working, an extreme that will be accredited with the certificate of recognition of the same • whose members are people over 65 years of age and are awaiting the resolution approving the non-contributory pension” Going on to say: “It may be extended in a very exceptional way and with the VºBº of the Commission for the Assessment of Aid and Social Services benefits, up to ten months, to cohabitation units, with no income or income less than 50% of the applicable IPREM according to the number of members: • with mental illness or with a psychological disability that prevents them from working, which will be accredited with the certificate of recognition of the same • whose members are people over 65 years of age and are awaiting the resolution approving the non-contributory pension or those under 65 years of age awaiting resolution approval of Valencian income of inclusion.”2.3- And, finally, in this fourth Base the maximum amount of the modules to be granted for personal development aid is modified, Where it says: “Up to 1.30 IPREM applying the percentage of the gross income as established in the annex of these Bases.” It must say: “Up to 1.40 IPREM applying the percentage of the gross income as established in the annex of these Bases.” Bases.3.- ANNEX I, which establishes instruction 2/2018 of March 1, 2018 of the Vice Presidency and Ministry of Equality and Inclusive Policies, is replaced by the following: ANNEX I Income per capita % Subsidy Below 100% IPREM 100% Below 125% IPREM 80% Below 150% IPREM 60%Less than 175% IPREM 40%Less than 200% IPREM 20%
