The Provincial Council of Huelva, in its commitment to the economic revitalization of the territory, comes on this occasion to support the meat sector of the Province of Huelva for participation as co-exhibitors in ALIMENTARIA 2024, which is held from March 18 to 21, 2024, at the Gran Vía Campus in Barcelona. The objective of this participation is to offer the meat sector in the province of Huelva contact with suppliers, distributors, potential clients and, ultimately, the opening of new markets for its industry, promoting the reactivation of the market, showing all its power and variety to national and international operators in the sector and contributing to the revitalization of the sector, as well as the revitalization of international commercial activity and promoting training and interaction between professionals from the entire Meat Industry. Legal regime. General subsidy ordinance of the Provincial Council of Huelva. (Official Gazette of the Province of Huelva no. 136 of July 18, 2016). (See more in section 2 of the call) Beneficiary persons/entities. 1. All natural and/or legal persons or groups of primary producers, from the province of Huelva, who are registered with the AEAT at the time of publication of this call as manufacturers and/or producers of the meat sector may attend the next call, as long as their registered office is in the province of Huelva. In the case of groups of primary producers, the marketing and/or transformation of meat produced (fresh or derived) by its members must be made explicit in the entity's purpose. 2. The maximum number of natural/legal persons or groups of the same beneficiaries will be 6 entities. Participating companies must have all the necessary administrative authorizations to manufacture, handle, transport and sell their products. (See more in section 3 of the call). Temporal scope of the activity. ALIMENTARIA 2024 will be held from March 18 to 21, 2024, both inclusive, at the Gran Vía Campus in Barcelona. Content of participation. 1. Participation will consist of: a) Provision of a common space of 80 m² where you will exhibit your products/services, with cold elements for the exhibition of the product and a work table, means for the production of tastings at the stand and Warehouse among other means. b) Participation in the ALIMENTARIA 24 Recommendation Program. c) B2B meetings with international buyers (Hosted Buyers) and national buyers (VIP Buyers) invited by the organization. d) Publication of participation in the Exhibitor Catalog. Participating companies undertake to have a duly qualified person in their charge during the event schedule, who will attend the stand. Said person will not have any employment or contractual relationship with the Excma. Provincial Council of Huelva. 2. The Provincial Council will assume the following costs of holding ALIMENTARIA 24: a) The general costs of participation in ALIMENTARIA 2024: registration fees, co-exhibitor fee, space and stand of 80 m² and equipment necessary for participation in the event. b) Participation in the Recomienda program and in B2B meetings. c) Stand lettering. Participating companies must assume personal, travel and stay costs, as well as specific and specific material costs related to the shipping and transfer of their own material, whether for display, or all those materials necessary for the correct presentation of their products/services.
