Official description of the call
On January 25, 2024, the University of Castilla-La Mancha issued the Resolution establishing the call for the granting of aid for the implementation of Plans for the Generation of Transfer and Collaborative Transfer Projects, 85% co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), through the presentation of expressions of interest for the year 2024. On January 30, 2024, it was published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM) the extract of the resolution cited in the previous paragraph, BDNS (Identif.): 741034. On February 1, 2024, the Intermediate Body of the ERDF Program of Castilla-La Mancha issued a report (no. 188) in relation to the co-financing of the operation with the European Regional Development Fund of the Resolution object of the publication. In view of the requirements established by community regulations and following the established guidelines, in accordance with the report sent by the Intermediate Body of the FEDER Program of Castilla-La Mancha 2021-2027, the Resolution published must be modified in accordance with the provisions set forth in Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of Common Provisions and in the aforementioned report. However, these omissions and/or corrections do not affect the procedure followed that will lead to the final resolution since they refer only to the beneficiary's own financing mechanism and do not modify any procedure that has been carried out to date in said process, if applicable, for the beneficiaries of the aid. For all these reasons, it has been decided to publish the following error correction of the affected sections of the extract published on January 30, 2024: WHERE IT SAYS: Second. Object. Financial aid is provided for the implementation of transfer plans and collaborative transfer projects that allow intensifying the relationship with the environment and the transfer capabilities and services through the hiring of personnel and other financeable activities, in accordance with the provisions of the classification established in the third article, within the framework of the Transfer Plan, which will have as its purpose the promotion, incentive and intensification of the transfer of knowledge between the research structures of the UCLM and the companies and institutions of its socioeconomic environment through the Units of Knowledge. Financial aid is provided for the granting of aid aimed at carrying out Plans for the Generation of Transfer and Collaborative Transfer Projects, under a system of competitive competition and in accordance with the principles of publicity, objectivity, transparency, equality and non-discrimination, which allow intensifying the relationship with the environment and transfer capabilities and services through the hiring of personnel and other financeable activities, in accordance with the provisions of the classification established in the third article, within the framework of the Own Transfer Plan, which Its purpose will be to promote, incentivize and intensify the transfer of knowledge between the research structures of the UCLM and the companies and institutions in its socioeconomic environment through the Knowledge Transfer Units (UTCs) in the different areas of knowledge. The activities that are financed must be linked to any of the priority sectors or transversal factors included in Annex III Identification of Specialization Sectors, S3, and the transversal scope and strategic line of this call. …/… Fifth.
