Students enrolled in a doctoral program at the University of Burgos at the time of making the application and at the time of carrying out the mobility who have a letter of acceptance from an eligible European university, to carry out a study or training mobility at the doctoral level and who have the approval of the thesis director and the person responsible for the candidate's doctoral program to carry out the mobility.
