In accordance with the regulatory bases for the granting by the Oñati City Council of subsidies from the programs managed by the Department of Education, approved in the plenary agreement dated January 25, 2024, the Governing Board of the Oñati City Council. AGREES.- Approve the call corresponding to 2024 for the aforementioned subsidies..- Financing, 1.1.- For the promotion of educational projects of schools outside of school hours. For the subsidies corresponding to the 2024 budget year, an expense for a total amount of eighty-one thousand (81,000) euros is authorized, charged to the item budget1.1224.481.321.00.01.2024 (117)1.2- For the promotion of educational activities by Associations of Parents of students, an expense for the year 2024 is authorized for a total amount of six thousand (6,000) euros, charged to the item budget1.1224.481.321.00.01.2024 (117).- Deadline for submitting applications in the year 2024. Within a period of one month counting from the day following the call in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. This agreement is final and puts an end to the administrative procedure. Interested persons may directly file a Contentious-Administrative Appeal against it before the Contentious-Administrative Courts of San Sebastián, within a period of two months from the day following its publication.
