Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Individuals or legal entities of a private nature, including civil societies, who are owners, tenants or usufructuaries of buildings located in the scope of application, in which rehabilitation, conservation, accessibility improvements, energy efficiency and public ornamentation works are to be carried out, may be beneficiaries of this subsidy. In the case of homeowners, they must prove ownership of the home. In the case of non-owners, whether they are tenants, usufructuaries or transfer of use, they must prove written consent of ownership of the home. Second. Purpose. The purpose of the subsidy regulated in this call is to collaborate economically with natural persons, legal entities, associations and entities that carry out protectable works on properties located in the scope of action. Third. Regulatory Bases. Publication of the extract in the B.O.P. of Almería, and the full text on the notice board of the Serón City Council (www.seron.es). Room. Amount. The maximum amount to be granted is the following: a) LINE 1: Conservation and rehabilitation action: 50% with a maximum of €20,000 b) LINE 2: Action to improve accessibility, energy efficiency and habitability conditions: 50% with a maximum of €10,000 The subsidy line has a total credit of €100,000 Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be TWO MONTHS from the day following the publication of this extract in the B.O.P. from Almeria. Processing The call will be processed in person or electronically through the website www.seron.es.
