Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Students enrolled in a university in the Valencian Community who: · Have defended the TFG in the 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 academic year at a university in the Valencian Community may obtain beneficiary status and apply for this award. · The minimum grade that every interested participant must meet for the TFG award will be 8.5 out of 10. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is the granting, on a competitive basis, of awards for Final Degree Projects (TFG) related to Immunology, with the aim of promoting dissemination and research in different aspects of the discipline and, especially, in the immunopathogenesis and immunotherapy of cancer. Third. Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases and call are published jointly in the Official Gazette of the University of Alicante on January 31, 2024, at the following URL: https://www.boua.ua.es/Agreements/DescargarAtrabajo/47621 Cuarto. Amount: The amount of aid is a maximum of 1,300 euros. A maximum number of two prizes will be awarded, distributed as follows: First Prize for a Final Degree Project, endowed with €650. Second Prize for a Final Degree Project, endowed with €400. Second Prize, endowed with 250 euros. Fifth. Application submission period: The application period begins on 02/12/2024 and ends on 03/15/2024. This call will be published in BOUA for information purposes. Sixth. Other data: The assignment of the prizes will be carried out following the following criteria: The evaluation of the works presented will be carried out according to the following criteria: - Grade obtained in the TFG (10%) - Originality of the topic and innovation (20%) - Objectives of the work and rigor of the Methodology used to carry them out (20%) - Analysis/Usefulness/Applicability of the Results and Discussion (40%) - Theme related to Immuno-oncology/Immunotherapy (10%) Yes None of the works presented reaches 70% of the assessment, the award would be void.
