Official description of the call
Call for the granting of Economic Benefits in Situations of Social Urgency in the Province of Zamora 2024 - Decree 2024-0361 dated February 5, 2024, of the Presidency of the Provincial Council of Zamora, which approves the call for the Granting of Economic Benefits Destined to Attend to Basic Subsistence Needs in Social Emergency Situation 2024 in the province of Zamora. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index) and on the website of the Provincial Council of Zamora Dip. Zamora | Aid and subsidies (diputaciondezamora.es) in the "Social Welfare/Benefits and Functions" section. ?First.- Beneficiaries The natural persons, adults or emancipated minors and, where applicable, those members of their family unit or cohabitation who are in any of the social emergency situations provided for in the Regulations that regulate them. Second.-Object Single-payment financial aid compatible with any other resource, income or benefit. Third.- Eligible actions Food, essential personal care, temporary accommodation and others at the discretion of the CEAS professional teams. Fourth.- Amount The maximum amount that the same holder or family or cohabitation unit can receive from this benefit, throughout the calendar year, will not exceed 0.5 times the annual IPREM. However, exceptionally and motivated it may be higher. The total amount allocated, for an estimated amount, in the general budgets of the Provincial Council amounts to ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY THOUSAND EUROS (€180,000.00), of which ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND EUROS (€120,000.00) are charged to the P.P. 41 2311 48003, Operation No. 220240000249 and Reference No. 22024000807, and SIXTY THOUSAND EUROS (€60,000.00) charged to the P.P. 41 2311 78000, Operation No. 220240000249 and Reference No. 22023000808. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications and the corresponding documentation. It will be from the day after the publication of this announcement in the BOP of Zamora and will end on October 31, 2024. Sixth.- The application and other documents corresponding to this call will be available to interested parties at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Zamora.?
