Official description of the call
1. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases of this call are included in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Consell de Mallorca. (Approved by Plenary Agreement of December 23, 2016 BOIB no. 21, of 02/18/2017-, modified by Plenary Agreement of June 14, 2018 BOIB no. 96, of 08/04/2018). 2. Purpose The purpose of this call is to support the realization of exhibition projects of plastic and visual arts carried out by art galleries within the framework of collective events held in Mallorca. 3. Beneficiaries In accordance with the provisions of point 4 of the call, beneficiaries may be natural or legal persons who carry out an economic activity that exhibits plastic or visual arts such as art galleries, as long as they are domiciled in Mallorca. 4. Budget allocation During the 2024 budget year, a total of €120,000.00 is allocated for the aid of this call. 5. Submission of applications Applications can be submitted within 15 business days, counting from the day following the date of publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands. The documentation that must be presented to request aid is listed in point 9 of the call. Interested persons or entities must fill out the application forms for this call that are available on the electronic headquarters of the Consell de Mallorca: https://seu.conselldemallorca.net/ section "Subsidies, grants, scholarships and awards". The submission of applications will be made through the electronic Registry of the Consell de Mallorca https://cim.sedipualba.es/segex/tramite.aspx?idtramite=12082 You are reminded that with the entry into force of article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, legal entities are obliged to interact through electronic means with public administrations to carry out any processing of an administrative procedure.
